Agile coach, trainer, advisor, and mentor
Gitte Klitgaard is an agile coach, trainer, advisor and mentor focusing on helping organizations implement psychological safety, responsibility, and accountability.
Gitte is authentic, she will cut to the chase, and help people become themselves thereby reaching success. Her community contributions include organizing coach camps, and speaking at conferences, where she highlights and makes topics like mental health and psychological safety accessible. She creates safe and respectful environments at work and outside. She listens to and engages the more silent voices and minority groups.
As a woman with her own company working in tech, Gitte has had her fair share of people underestimating her; there is a reason she has a tattoo symbolizing the goddess Freja – a strong woman in a man’s world. As a friend said “you do not take any shit”. She has been called an activist in her fight for equity for all. In her spare time, Gitte collects LEGO and Yodas and keeps in touch with friends from all over the globe including some, she considers her second family. Gitte is owner of Native Wired and has lead change at companies like IBM, LEGO, and Spotify.
Gitte Klitgaard is the Launching New Voices mentor of Gergana Böttner.

Akemi started her career in Technology 30 years ago – fresh out of art school, wearing vinyl combat boots and knowing nothing about computers. From there, she learnt to build servers, install networks and developed expertise in software testing.
Her agile journey started as a line manager who desperately needed to upskill her staff of manual testers to be able to function on agile development teams.
As an agile transformation consultant for Infosys Consulting, she approaches agile transformation as a capability building exercise and her role as a guide rather than a coach.
Having lived and worked in many different countries, she believes in the power of diversity and is passionate about helping Technology leaders harness the power of diverse workforces. She has recently moved from London to Rotterdam.

Agile (HR) Coach at Organize Agile | Human Resource Management | Co-author State of Agile HR
For the past 4 years, Willemijn Dijk has been a dedicated Agile (HR) coach, primarily focused on guiding public sector organizations through their agile transformations. Her coaching experience spans individual, team and organizational levels.
With a background in HR, Willemijn possesses leadership and organizational skills. During her time as an HR professional, she was first introduced to Agile principles and became convinced of their fundamental importance for a company's survival.
Drawing from her experience in the public sector, Willemijn observes that while commercial organizations naturally embrace agility, the public sector faces a growing challenge in this regard. Transforming traditionally rigid public institutions involves navigating a complex landscape characterized by deep-rooted conservatism. This often leads to resistance to innovation, the need to shed old habits, and the necessity of embracing a more inclusive Agile culture.
One particularly intricate aspect is the increasing generational gap in the workplace. In her engaging workshop, Willemijn will address this issue and offer practical strategies to bridge this divide. She will foster an inclusive Agile environment where different generations collaborate seamlessly.
Willemijn is an experienced speaker who regularly guest lectures at universities, runs workshops and delivers training courses. Her presentations are known for their engaging mix of humor and real-life case studies, making complex topics accessible and enjoyable for her audience.
