I work towards a world where everyone can share their worth
Have you ever been told that you have nothing to offer? It happened to me. The experience shaped my commitment to share the exact opposite.
As a speaker, trainer and Agile Coach I help teams and organizations make a difference by embracing differences. From the biggest game company (Electronic Arts), to the biggest seaport outside of Asia (Port of Rotterdam), to one of the largest IT parks in India (Chennai), to one of the oldest scientific publishers in Germany (Springer Nature), I have empowered thousands to foster collaboration, courage and curiosity. Whether it is on a TEDx stage, a corporate leadership event, a Psychological Safety training or even in a simple one-on-one, I aim to leave the people I meet better than I found them.
At the core of it all lies a simple message that everyone should hear: we all have something amazing to offer.
Agile Coach with roots in fintech, proptech, and research.
An analytical, intellectually curious, and solutions-focused Gen-Z woman, I’m drawn to environments where the response is intentional, adaptive, and quick on its feet, and where the solution has room to be both systemic and creative. Frameworks on their own feel a bit flat to me, like theory waiting for life, so I tend to look for the fuller picture instead.
That fuller picture lives in people. Psychology, sociology, culture, anthropology, and the social sciences that sit alongside them, now woven together with data that AI helps make sense of. The best solutions rarely start with process. They start with understanding the humans in the room.
Experiments, change, good humor, environments where the effort clearly matters, and a little room kept aside to make sure the inner child stays happy too. That’s the work I love, in a world full of LLMs, for which I’m grateful too.
Agile Coach | Change Management Consultant
When I started my journey in Agile, I believed that good ideas, enough energy, and the right mindset could solve almost anything. As a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and later Agile Coach, I was convinced that if people understood the benefits of change, they would embrace it.
I was wrong.
Over the years, I found myself pushing teams too hard, introducing improvements too quickly, and taking responsibility for problems that were never mine to solve. What looked like resistance was often something else entirely: uncertainty, lack of readiness, or simply a different pace of change than I expected.
I am an Agile Coach and AI Transformation Lead based in the UK
I’m working at the intersection of human-centred leadership, conscious AI adoption, and building the conditions where people genuinely thrive.
With over a decade of experience coaching enterprise agile transformations at scale, I bring a combination of strategic rigour and a deep belief that the human system underneath any framework matters more than the framework itself.
I am a Gold Tier IAmRemarkable facilitator with 50+ workshops delivered, a Toastmasters speaker, and the creator of Chetna – a model for conscious, human-centred AI adoption grounded in neuroscience.
Originally from India and now raising two daughters in Norfolk, England. I speak from lived experience of navigating reinvention and I love standing with other women find the confidence to do the same.
Transformation Project Manager with over 15 years of experience connecting strategy, technology and people across different industries.
I focus on ensuring change is truly lived within organizations, aligned with my “People First” motto.I’ve spent most of my career moving between worlds that don’t always speak the same language and that’s where I do my best work. When I’m not working on transformation, you’ll usually find me mentoring, volunteering or helping people navigate their own growth and challenges.Because transformation doesn’t happen in frameworks or slides. It happens in real environments, with real people and all the complexity that comes with it
Organizational & Enterprise Coach and the founder of VINA & Co
I partner with leaders and organizations navigating transformation, complexity, and the human side of change. With a background spanning agile coaching, leadership development, and organizational design, I have worked with companies across tech and beyond — including Delivery Hero and Yemeksepeti – helping teams build not just agility, but genuine belonging.
My current focus sits at the intersection of AI, organizational systems, and inclusive leadership – as well as strategy and goal-setting. I explore how data-driven environments reshape who is seen, heard, and valued, and I work with leaders to design intentional systems where people and purpose can thrive together.
Having lived and worked across different parts of the world, I now call both Munich and Istanbul home. I work mostly with organizations in Istanbul – but if you ask my heart, it’s somewhere between Istanbul and Madrid.

Agile Coach, founder of LeaderHub Academy, and international speaker
Bernadeta Nikrevičė is an Agile Coach, founder of LeaderHub Academy, and international speaker exploring one of the most fascinating challenges in modern organizations:
How do you get brilliant people to truly collaborate?
Drawing from her journey from chemist to Agile practitioner, Bernadeta combines scientific curiosity with years of hands-on experience helping technology and HealthTech teams navigate complexity, uncertainty, and change.
Her sessions are known for being highly interactive, practical, and refreshingly honest. Rather than offering another framework or silver bullet, she shares real stories, experiments, and lessons learned from working directly with teams and leaders.
When she’s not facilitating workshops or speaking at conferences, you’ll likely find her behind a flipchart, collecting ideas from communities around the world, or wearing the hat that unexpectedly became her personal trademark.
Her mission is simple: to help teams move from process-following to purpose-driven collaboration.

Agile & AI Transformation Consultant | Trainer | Leadership Coach
For over a decade, I’ve coached teams and leaders through change. Across organizations of every size and industry, one pattern keeps showing up: you can solve a lot within a team, but sooner or later, the biggest thing holding them back is the system around them.
So I focus on both. I use behavioral science and systems coaching to shift how people think and act, and agile and AI-native ways of working to reshape the structures that shape our behavior. It’s where human understanding and structural thinking meet, and the aim is always the same: conditions where everyone can do their best work. When that happens, delivery, retention, and results follow.
My experience living and working across the US, Asia, and Europe has taught me that there is rarely one right way to lead, collaborate, or succeed. Instead of looking for “right” or “wrong”, I get curious about the space between – where different perspectives lead to better answers.
Based in Amsterdam, I balance client work and training rooms with travel, time by the water, and adventures with my dog.
