Agility across cultures

Women in Agile Europe 2019 - November 7th

Meet our speakers

Nancy Beers

Happy Scrum Master and Playificator

I have been a speaker on Scrum, Agile, product owner ship and different other subjects internationally at a variety of events. For the last 3 years I have been specialising on playification and using it as much as possible in my day to day work as a Happy Scrum Master. Especially on the 3rd service of being a change agent to the organisation I find games and playing powerful to get concepts across and convince people on how they can best service the Scrum teams 🙂 I’m a frequent visitor of Play14 events, where I fill up my toolbox and get better at facilitating. I would love to share my knowledge on this topic!! I have given this talk a couple of times and will do so in the future, so it is well practised. Thanks!

I finally found out what I want to be when I grow up! I’m here to spread playfulness and happiness to leave this world in a better state then I found it in. As a Scrum Master or Agile Coach I can act like a Jack-of-all-trades within organisations and use my wide range of tools to help people change for the better and preferably let them get/stay close to their hearts.

I speak at events, play serious games, give chair massages and bounce through live with a lot of energy and positivity!

Meet our speakers

Nathalie Servranckx

Agile coach

I discovered agility in 2011 after having miserably failed a strategic project. It opened my eyes on the existence of another way of working based on collaboration, focus, value, humanity and continuous improvement, and made me aware of all the work I had to do on myself to become a better colleague, parent, partner, citizen. Agile has changed my life – and still is – and since then I have been trying to share my passion, guide and support organizations and fellow colleagues in their transformation and improvement efforts while constantly exploring new exciting areas of coaching.
