Viola Ehrensperger

During the more than 20 years of her professional life, Viola went through a multitude of different roles in software development and the agile world.

She has worked as software engineer, requirements engineer, project lead, trainer, product owner, scrum master and release train engineer in different companies of quite a range of different sectors.

Now she is utilizing this experience to support others as Agile Coach and Consultant.

Her main focus is on supporting the team members in whichever challenge they face. She prefers pragmatic approaches and finding sustainable solutions with the possibilities at hand.

It is her strong conviction that change is only possible and lasting if not only the needs of the affected people are considered but also – and even more important – they can play an active part in this challenge with having real impact on its results.
