I studied computer science and then worked as a software developer for 10 years. A few years ago I realized that I want to work more with people than code and SM is a position I want to try first. I got the CSM certificate and started SM in my company. At this point, I SM two teams and do just a little of coding. My passion is to lead workshops and retrospectives when people can experience something new and then apply it directly in their work.
I came across nonviolent communication about five years ago and through various trainings, books, podcasts and most importantly daily practice I gained experience that I feel confident to share with other agilists.
