I draw on coaching experience, facilitation skills, and practical tools to help people grow through the real-world tensions of work, not around them, but by navigating them with clarity.

I founded Ignite Your Path to empower professional women and Agile leaders to navigate career transitions, lead authentically, and thrive in purpose-aligned roles. My mission is to hold reflective spaces where people connect with their values, unlock their strengths, and move forward with confidence.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mum of three and find joy in reading, dancing, and tending my garden.
