An analytical, intellectually curious, and solutions-focused Gen-Z woman, I’m drawn to environments where the response is intentional, adaptive, and quick on its feet, and where the solution has room to be both systemic and creative. Frameworks on their own feel a bit flat to me, like theory waiting for life, so I tend to look for the fuller picture instead.

That fuller picture lives in people. Psychology, sociology, culture, anthropology, and the social sciences that sit alongside them, now woven together with data that AI helps make sense of. The best solutions rarely start with process. They start with understanding the humans in the room.

Experiments, change, good humor, environments where the effort clearly matters, and a little room kept aside to make sure the inner child stays happy too. That’s the work I love, in a world full of LLMs, for which I’m grateful too.
