As a speaker, trainer and Agile Coach I help teams and organizations make a difference by embracing differences. From the biggest game company (Electronic Arts), to the biggest seaport outside of Asia (Port of Rotterdam), to one of the largest IT parks in India (Chennai), to one of the oldest scientific publishers in Germany (Springer Nature), I have empowered thousands to foster collaboration, courage and curiosity. Whether it is on a TEDx stage, a corporate leadership event, a Psychological Safety training or even in a simple one-on-one, I aim to leave the people I meet better than I found them.
At the core of it all lies a simple message that everyone should hear: we all have something amazing to offer.
