PMP®, Agile Professional and Scrum Master
have worked for several years working as PROJECT MANAGER, controlling every process of the projects, being responsible for delegating activities, tracking progress, making exhaustive reports, and delivering SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS for multinational companies all over the world, in more than 15 different countries.
Now I am diving deep into a NEW CHALLENGE in my professional carrier: being a SCRUM MASTER for software development projects.
What do I do? Be sure that the team has EVERYTHING they need to perform their work. Remove impediments, blockers, any stopper that might exist. DEVELOP the team to work in a cohesive way, so they will do their BEST JOB in their BEST PERFORMANCE.
And how I consider myself successful in this role? If the team are no longer reliant upon my input or support, and the project runs smoothly, then I can say I did a great job.
