Rashee has over 4 decades of experience in the I.T. industry that include positions as technology consultant, CTO,  CEO, Agile Transformation Leads, and Global Tech Delivery.

She is currently a Principle Consultant with Infosys Consulting.  Her Agile journey started before “agile” was a thing through her own software company which employed over 50 people and successfully delivered software via incremental techniques in the late 1990’s.  Today she consults with companies to help them build business agility that scales with a human centric approach.

In addition to her consulting role,  Rashee is also a professional leadership coach,  public speaker, and diversity & inclusivity champion.

A post op transgender lady,  Rashee often draws from her own journey to inspire and motivate others to greatness and supports women and non-binary genders bring their super powers to leadership positions.

Rashee graduated with a Masters Degree in Computer Science and has a Professional Executive Coaching diploma from Henley Business School in the UK.
