I’m Patricia Verploegh Chassé. I am an Agile Coach, trainer and a passionate facilitator of collaboration and change. I help teams and organizations move forward with energy, creativity, and a strong dose of visual thinking.
Whether I’m setting up an Obeya, guiding an Agile transformation or sparking new insights with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, I love connecting people and creating momentum.
I have a hands-on approach developed through work at diverse organizations and as an accredited trainer, I use Serious Play and real-life stories to make learning stick.
My mission is to make change not only meaningful but also joyful.
