After having facilitated and coached a team of Requirements analists ( as a “manager”), adopting agile management (management 3.0) as my leadership style, I am now working as a coach for teams and managers in the agile / adaptive way of working. As a “teacher leader” – which I aim to be – I value learning, so I deem it very important to teach courses (Lean, agile) and to speak at conferences to share my thoughts and experiences.
