As a (online) well-being transformer for thriving people and (work)spaces, I’ve learned that happiness@work (a.k.a. work pleasure) is not an oxymoron! It’s essential to help your employees to become the best version of themselves. It’s not a state of ‘jumping for joy’; it’s the sum total of 4 pillars called PERK: Purpose, Engagement, Resilience, and Kindness.
How? By sharing seriously fun but practical, science based tips, tools, knowledge & strategies, so people and their companies can flourish. Employees learn resiliency skills and develop ‘stress hardiness’ for when LIFE happens. Emotional toxicity is NOT good for you, your colleagues or the organization’s health.
Using the KVC App to measure well-being, an analysis of employee wellbeing can be initiated. Results (data) drive the approach. My early career, with a specialty in cardiovascular diagnostics as a Military Nursing Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, has further supported me.
My belief? With the proper knowledge & tools, we all can improve our resiliency to what life brings onto our path AND thrive in life.
