Lilian is an Agile coach with over 20 years of experience in IT and organisational change. She helps teams and leadership build a working method that is both practical and widely supported, maximizing the benefits Agile can offer.
Her background spans roles such as Agile coach, Scrum Master, development manager, and product owner. She has extensive knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe, LeSS, and Lean, and draws inspiration from organizational models such as sociocracy and holacracy. Her work is pragmatic, grounded, and communication-focused. Lilian is also an active contributor to the Agile community by regularly speaking at and organizing conferences and meetups.
She lives with her partner and two children in the Netherlands, loves playing games and reading and is currently finalizing her degree as a clinical psychologist.
