in Spain, Portugal and France.

Currently Head of PMO at Capitole Consulting, where I own operational strategy, product governance and ways of working across the Smart4 group’s companies through three countries.

Before that I grew our engineering management department from 6 people to more than 50, and I’ve led agile transformations in consulting, aviation, retail and hospitality.

I’m a certified Scrum Master (PSM II) who still works close to delivery, but most of my time goes into managing senior stakeholders, building useful metrics, and developing managers, not just teams.

I work in Spanish, English, Hungarian and French.
