At Infosys – a 350k employees global IT consulting company – she also is acting Head of DEI for Germany.

* Sharing insights as a speaker and guiding debates as a host at numerous international conferences
In her free time, Katrin hosts a German podcast on democracy (#NieWiederIstJetzt – Bürgerbewegung im Gespräch) and has co-founded Inspiring Girls Germany, an NGO that brings female role models into schools to inspire girls to become whatever they dream to be.
