In her 7 years coaching agile teams, leaders and guiding agile transformations, Kathryn has explored the usefulness of sociocracy 3.0 with Agile practices.

Her podcast, ‘Agile with S3’, offers a more in-depth exploration of S3 in practical scenarios along with hands-on strategies for implementing Agile within an S3 context.

Kathryn believes that playfulness is key to nurturing resilient organizations, leaders and teams. Her S3 training courses tend to include role-playing games.
