Karla Merza is an Agile Professional with over 9 years of experience in the IT industry, accredited as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation and as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) by Scrum.org. She supports geo-distributed multi-cultural teams & organisations, as well as individuals from different parts of the world, with expanding their Agile knowledge, optimising their practices and tools usage.

Passionate about education, she has a vast experience as an agile leadership mentor in several start-up accelerators, and as one of the coordinators of the WeMentoring program by Women in Tech Cluj, a mentorship initiative aimed to empower women in technology to advance and thrive in their careers.
