Karelia has a diverse background that combines project management, learning and development, social research, and illustration.

Originally from Nicaragua, she has extensive experience supporting organizations and teams to generate local knowledge to improve practices and enable lasting change. She has worked in different sectors (Energy, Water, Nonprofit Organizations, IT) in Latin America and the Netherlands.

She works at Scrum Professionals, a Scrum Facilitators company, as a scrum master, supporting organizations in their agile transformation.
