I partner with leaders and organizations navigating transformation, complexity, and the human side of change. With a background spanning agile coaching, leadership development, and organizational design, I have worked with companies across tech and beyond — including Delivery Hero and Yemeksepeti – helping teams build not just agility, but genuine belonging.

My current focus sits at the intersection of AI, organizational systems, and inclusive leadership – as well as strategy and goal-setting. I explore how data-driven environments reshape who is seen, heard, and valued, and I work with leaders to design intentional systems where people and purpose can thrive together.

Having lived and worked across different parts of the world, I now call both Munich and Istanbul home. I work mostly with organizations in Istanbul – but if you ask my heart, it’s somewhere between Istanbul and Madrid.
