Elcin (El-chin) was born in Istanbul, and she currently works as a scrum master in the Netherlands.
After studying as an artist in the United States, she was curious about an academic career and pursued a Ph.D. in Poland. Failing to establish herself as a researcher, she landed a first job as a growth hacker, then as a project manager.
She entered agile product development in 2018, and since then she has a bigger mission: to enable creative and critical thinking through collaboration, so we can effectively adapt to an ever-changing world and find value every step of the way.
