As an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Deloitte South Africa, I have 5 years of experience in helping teams and organisations adopt Agile practices to their specific contexts and needs. I hold the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) credentials from Scrum Alliance, as well as Agile Team Coaching (ICP-ACC), Enterprise Agile Coaching (ICP-ENT) and Authorized Trainer (for Agile Fundamentals & Agile Team Facilitation) certifications from ICAgile.

Combining my skills as a team coach and delivery management professional, I’ve driven successful project outcomes in dynamic environments, by implementing tailored delivery frameworks, coaching teams and guiding organisations through the adoption of hybrid agile practices, across various industries, such as mining, insurance, retail, FinTech, finance and more. With a focus on efficiency and excellence, I bring extensive experience in team leadership and stakeholder collaboration to deliver tangible results.

My true passion lies in empowering teams to unleash their full potential by embracing a Systems Thinking approach and tailoring Agile practices to their unique needs. I firmly believe that collaboration, co-creation, continuous improvement, and a growth mindset are the key ingredients for achieving outstanding results. I have developed a deep understanding of what it means to “be Agile”, and how to bring teams and organisations on to the journey.

Additionally, I contribute to the Agile community as a speaker and facilitator. I have spoken and facilitated at both local and international conferences, where I have witnessed the transformative power of diverse and meaningful conversations.
