I started my career in 2008 as a Customer Service operator. My drive for growth and willingness to take responsibility led me to become Chief Administrative Officer in a Ukranian IT product company before 30, managing all administrative activities.
Seeking more life experience, I began studying—diving into Agile transformation and improving my communication skills through coaching.
From 2015 to 2019, I combined theory with practice, earning a “royal flush” of certifications and skills. Lifelong learning is my motto.
In 2019, I launched my own coaching consulting company, helping startups and small businesses to be more adaptive.
The pandemic closed the market but opened doors to work online as an Agile Coach in multinational enterprises.
After the war in Ukraine began, I moved to Israel and started from scratch.
Today, I am a Senior Enterprise Agile Coach at Dell Technologies, leading Agile transformation for over 6,000 developers. I continue to coach leaders, teams, and teach coaching and scrum.
