Removing communication boundaries in global teams

Globalization is making us work more and more with global teams, breaking physical and political boundaries, where everyone works as one single team, remotely and online.

Global companies, different countries, “follow the sun” teams. And, as you might imagine, the challenges in this field are many: different cultures, time zones, ways of working and communicating.

Personally, I used to be a really bad communicator. I used not to say how I felt or what I thought because I could not transmit it in the proper way.  But, after some years of studying and investigating, I learned several techniques to do it properly, so that you can express yourself, transmit both good and bad news in an effective way, remove boundaries and bring people together “only” by focusing on the way you communicate.

How can we turn all these difficulties into opportunities? Which are the techniques that will allow you and your team to improve your communication and be more effective in your daily work?

Everybody who communicates is welcome to attend this session. Those who manage a team, or those who are part of a team. A single person or a whole team or company. We all must communicate in our daily life.

Last but not least, there will also be a time dedicated to an open discussion and exchanging experiences, doubts and situations.
