The purpose of the workshop is to empower participants to discover their unique skills, competence,
and personal brand, and to explore ways to enhance their visibility. Through a series of interactive
exercises and discussions, participants will be guided to understand their strengths, values, and
passions, enabling them to showcase their authentic selves and increase their visibility in their field.

The workshop provides a supportive environment for self-reflection, exploration, and learning. The
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method will be used to facilitate the exercises.
