As an  immigrant woman (second generation) with obesity, daughter of a Muslim father and Catholic mother, working in a male-dominated field, who is married to a disabled, unemployed man of color, I could write books about the non-inclusive society.

In pursuit of inclusivity, I'd like to emphasize the importance of self-awareness and fostering a culture where addressing non-inclusive behavior is the norm.
