Agile and Scrum became common practice in the software industry. However, mainly in recent years, adopting Agile practices are seen more and more in a variety of industries.

• What is the difference (if at all) when implementing Agile in the Biotech industry?
• How can Agile and Scrum be adjusted to the Biotech industry, where molecular formulas replace code lines, and anodes and cathodes are the artifact?
• What are the unique challenges in such industries?
• How to convince scientists and researchers that short feedback loops are relevant?
