The contact will use the email address you supplied to answer your question. All data from the contact form and all related emails will be destroyed three months after the event took place.

When you want to stay up to date about this year's Women in Agile Europe event (or want to be in the loop for next year's event, you can subscribe to our digital newsletter here. We register you email address in our mailing list. We have chosen MailChimpas tool for managing our mailing list. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter you receive from us will include a link to unsubscribe or change your newsletter preferences.
Speaking at the 2023 conference: The Call for Papers
When you want to participate in the Women in Agile Europe 2023 event as a speaker, you can submit your proposals for a talk or workshop. Starting in 2022, we have chosen to manage our Call for Presentations process on our own website. The Women in Agile Europe 2023 organizers and review volunteers have access to your submissions for our event and to your speaker profile in order to review and choose the talks and workshops that best fit to our event. Submissions and speaker profiles of selected talks and workshops are copied to the Women in Agile Europe website and will be available to public view before, during and after the event.
For the 2020 and 2021 events we used Papercall.io as tool for managing our Call for Presentations process. When you participated in these years you had to admit to their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Papercall.io sent us emails when new submissions are entered or submissions are changed.
Attending the Women in Agile Europe 2023 event
When you want to participate in the Women in Agile Europe 2023 event, you have to buy a ticket.
Starting in 2022, we have chosen to manage our Ticketing process on our own website. The Women in Agile Europe 2023 organizers have access to your tickets for our event and your name and email address in order to be able to communicate with you before, during and after our event. We typically send you a reminder that the event is starting soon, or an early bird ticket alert for the event next year.
Ticket sales and participant names are copied to create names badges and participant lists for the Women in Agile Europe 2023 event. This data will be kept available on our website for three years and will only be used by organizers of future Women in Agile Europe events to optimize the value we deliver to the participants.
For the 2019, 2020 and 2021 events we used EventBrite as tool for managing our Ticketing process.
When you used EventBrite.nl, you had to admit to their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Eventbrite.nl sent us emails when new tickets were sold or when you wanted to cancel a ticket.
