When you want to stay up to date about the Women in Agile Europe 2019 event, you can (soon) subscribe to our digital news letter. We register you email address in our mailing list. We have chosen MailChimpas tool for managing our mailing list. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe. Every news letter you receive from us will include a link to unsubscribe or change your news letter preferences.
Participating the call for papers
When you want to participate in the Women in Agile Europe 2019 event as a speaker, you can submit your proposals for a talk or workshop. We have chosen Papercall.io as tool for managing our Call for Presentations process. When you use Papercall.io, you have to admit to their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The Women in Agile Europe 2019 organizers have access to your submissions for our event and to your speaker profile in order to choose the talks and workshop that best fit our event.
Papercall.io sends us emails when new submissions are entered or submissions are changed. Submissions and speaker profiles of selected talks and workshops are copied to the Women in Agile Europe 2019 website and will be available to public view before, during and after the 2019 event.
Participating the Women in Agile Europe 2019 event
When you want to participate in the Women in Agile Europe 2019 event, you have to buy a ticket. We have chosen EventBrite as tool for managing our Ticketing process.
When you use EventBrite.nl, you have to admit to their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The Women in Agile Europe 2019 organizers have access to your tickets for our event and your name and email address in order to be able to communicate with you before, during and after our event. We typically send you a reminder that the event is starting soon, or an early bird ticket alert for the event next year.
Eventbrite.nl sends us emails when new tickets are sold or when you want to cancel a ticket. Ticket sales and participant names are copied to create names badges and participant lists for the Women in Agile Europe 2019 event. This data will be kept available on Eventbrite.nl for three years and will only be used by organizers of future Women in Agile Europe events to optimize the value we deliver to the participants.
