Complex Problems of Racial Inequity for Black Agilists Designathon Part 2 [EST]

We began this series of events by listening and building empathy from multiple perspectives around racial inequity for black lives in our global Agile community. We then took what we learned into an Open Space to explore the complex problems that empathy enabled us become more aware of.

During Part 1 of the designathon, many powerful ideas surfaced on how to grow equity – ideating and prototyping ways of “Growing Racial Equity in the Agile Community for Black Lives”.
