Call for Volunteers 2025 is CLOSED

We are looking for volunteers to help organize the Women in Agile Europe event. The conference will take place on the 21st of November in Cologne.

It would be great if you could join us live in Cologne on the day of the conference, but it is NOT obligatory. It is possible to help out with the preparations only.

Areas you can volunteer

You can participate in the following areas as a volunteer:

Speaker Focus Group

Your activities within the speaker focus group take about 2 hours a week and consists of:

Reviewing Speaker Papers
Create Program
Information sessions with speakers
Interviewing Speakers
Support Launching New Voices

Marketing Focus Group

The Marketing Focus Group oversees all marketing and sales-related activities and you will be needed about 1-2 hours per week. Your activities will be:

Creating and reviewing webpage texts
Create and post social media posts
Set up content plan
Copy writing
Create visuals in Canva

Sponsor Focus Group

In the Sponsor Focus Group, we work on finding sponsors for the conference and this will take about 1-2 hours per week of your time.

Conference Day Volunteer

It would be great if you could join us live in Cologne on the day of the conference, but it is NOT obligatory. It is also possible to help with the preparations only. Tasks that need to be fulfilled are:

Host at the reception
Room hosting
Setting up facilities
